Phil Wilkes

A Graduate Engineer of Oxford University, and a past member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Phil Wilkes is the
founder of I.C.E. Management Consultants.

He was also Executive Director of Home Brewery plc and charged with implementing a multi - million pound site redevelopment.

In addition to a sound grasp of plant and process engineering in the food and beverages industries, both at home and overseas,
Phil has building construction expertise and is particularly adept at managing multi - disciplinary design teams. Strongly client
oriented, he has operated as the lead Project Manager on many major assignments.

Phil Wilkes is commercially aware and has demonstrated an ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion "on time" and 
"on cost".

He has special expertise in investment appraisal, finance and due diligence studies for external investors in manufacturing
industries.
