reasons for this and, very often, those who were directly involved in executing the work
are too close to the issues to see a clear way forward. There may also be contractual
disputes that are preventing progress.

how to move forward.

in difficulties with projects that are not delivering the required performance. We
concentrate on the current and future situations rather than only seeking to diagnose
what went wrong and will produce an audit report that includes:

• Re-design and re-specification where required
• A way forward to meet the project objectives.
